Mid-Level Business Analyst – Product Information Management (PIM)
Location: Remote
Duration: Initial 3–6 month contract with potential to extend

Job Summary
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support a Product Information Management (PIM) environment utilizing Stibo Systems. This person will work with both internal business users and external vendors, helping manage day-to-day PIM requests, product data updates, system changes, and testing.
The PIM platform serves as a centralized source for product information, bringing together product specifications, attributes, relationships, and other data used across business and digital channels. This role will help ensure that information is accurate, properly maintained, and supported through established business processes and workflows.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day administration and business processes within the Stibo Product Information Management (PIM) environment
Work with internal associates and external vendors to understand and resolve PIM-related requests
Maintain and update product information, including lists of values, attributes, master table entries, and related data
Analyze requests and help determine appropriate changes within the PIM system
Assist with product data quality, validation, and governance processes
Participate in Sprint planning and work with technical and business teams on system enhancements
Perform QA testing of PIM changes and updates prior to release
Troubleshoot data and process issues and coordinate with appropriate teams to resolve them
Use Excel to review, analyze, validate, and maintain product data
Communicate clearly with business users, vendors, and technical team members regarding requirements, issues, and updates
Required Skills
Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications, product data, master data, or related business systems
Experience with Stibo Systems Product Information Management (PIM)
Experience with PIM Workbench
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience gathering requirements, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with business users
Experience participating in Agile/Sprint environments and QA testing
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ideal Background
The strongest candidate will have hands-on experience working within a PIM or Master Data Management (MDM) environment and understand how product information moves between systems such as ERP platforms, supplier data sources, ecommerce/digital channels, and other enterprise applications.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys the intersection of business analysis, product data, system administration, and process improvement and is comfortable working directly with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
