Oracle Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Business Systems Analyst with strong Oracle Retail (Retek) Functional experience. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Oracle Retail solutions that improve business processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing systems.
* Analyze business needs and translate them into Oracle Retail system solutions.
* Design and propose Oracle solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to support successful implementation.
* Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
* Provide training and ongoing support to end users on Oracle Retail systems and processes.
Required Skills:
* Oracle Retail (Retek) Functional Expert level
* 10+ years of Oracle Retail/Retek Functional experience
* Oracle Cloud Retail Price Management
* Oracle Cloud Retail Merchandising Foundation
* Oracle Cloud Retail Invoice Matching
