The Role

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to queries and proactively managing accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience as part of their net-zero journey.
• Manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from welcome calls to issue resolution and invoicing.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to customer decarbonisation solutions, including EV charging and renewable electricity supply.
• Handle a variety of customer service tasks, ensuring no two days are the same.

What You'll Need

• A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach to work; a self-starter.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
