Job description

Are you interested in a recruitment role where you can make a real impact on the growth and culture of the company?

Your responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for local and international vacancies
  • Create, publish and update job advertisements
  • Coordinate and monitor external recruitment agencies and partners
  • Review applications, select suitable profiles and conduct telephone interviews
  • Plan and coordinate each stage of the candidate selection process
  • Maintain and further develop the company's careers page
  • Establish, monitor and evaluate recruitment-related KPIs
  • Plan and participate in career fairs and recruitment events
  • Organize visits to schools and maintain relationships with schools and universities

Your profile

  • A degree or comparable qualification in human resources or business administration
  • Initial professional experience in recruitment
  • The ability to work independently, methodically and in a well-organised manner
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • A very good command of German, French and English
