Job description

Position: PLM Migration Specialist
Location: Remote
Time Zone: Must be able to overlap with US Central/Eastern business hours

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end PLM data migrations, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Map, cleanse, and migrate CAD files, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and product metadata.
  • Configure migration tools, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure data integrity.
  • Execute migration test plans and validate migrated data.
  • Collaborate with global engineering and IT teams throughout the migration process.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in PLM administration, implementation, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience with Dassault ENOVIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, and Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Experience completing 2–3 full-cycle PLM migrations.
  • Knowledge of PLM migration tools, SQL, and CAD structures, including SolidWorks, CATIA, or NX.
  • Manufacturing industry experience; HVAC, automotive, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud or other cloud-based PLM solutions.
  • Knowledge of HVAC product configuration.
  • Strong English communication skills.
