Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

· 10+ years of IT experience

· Own and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across Core HR, Time & Labor, and Talent modules.

· Lead HCM configurations, enhancements, and process improvements based on business requirements.

· Assess cross-module impacts, integrations, security, and reporting requirements.

· Maintain configuration standards, documentation, workbooks, and change management processes.

· Ensure compliance with ITcontrols, audit requirements, and environment migration standards (DEV/TEST/PROD).

· Collaborate with HR, HRIS, Total Rewards, Talent, and Technology teams to translate business needs into effective HCM solutions.

· Support the HCM roadmap and adoption of new Oracle Cloud capabilities.
