Job Title: Lead Consultant Adobe Experience Cloud & Customer Journey Analytics
Location: New York(2days a week Onsite)

Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Consultant – Adobe Experience Cloud & Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to lead enterprise-scale Adobe MarTech strategy, architecture, implementation, and transformation for a large client.

This role requires deep expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, with particular strength in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Experience Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
Adobe Ecosystem Leadership

  • Define the enterprise Adobe Experience Cloud strategy, roadmap, architecture, and operating model.
  • Provide leadership across CJA, AEP, AJO, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics, Target, AEM, Campaign, Tags, Web SDK, Mobile SDK, and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection.
  • Establish integration patterns between Adobe platforms, cloud data platforms, CRM, loyalty, ecommerce, media, and enterprise applications

Customer Journey Analytics

  • Lead enterprise CJA , implementation, and adoption.
  • Design connections, data views, derived fields, metrics, dimensions, attribution models, journey analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Establish governance for metric definitions and customer journey measurement.
  • Enable cross-channel analysis across web, mobile, email, paid media, stores, CRM, loyalty, and customer service.

AEP, Identity & Activation

  • Guide XDM schema design, datasets, ingestion, identity namespaces, identity graphs, profile enablement, segmentation, and audience activation.
  • Lead RT-CDP and AJO use cases covering customer segmentation, personalization, triggered journeys, and omnichannel orchestration.
  • Drive privacy, consent, governance, data usage labeling, and responsible customer-data activation

Strategy & Leadership

  • Partner with senior client stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into Adobe capabilities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify AI and GenAI opportunities using Adobe capabilities to improve insights, personalization, campaign operations, and customer experience.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of overall experience, including significant leadership in enterprise MarTech and Adobe implementations.
  • Deep hands-on and architectural expertise in CJA and AEP is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, data engineering, APIs, event-driven architectures, customer identity, attribution, experimentation, and personalization.
  • Retail, ecommerce, loyalty, or large-scale consumer experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional executive communication, consulting, architecture, and stakeholder-management skills
