ACA & Asset Strategy Management (Instrumentation & Electrical)

 

Role Summary::

 

Seeking a self-driven professional to facilitate Asset Criticality Analysis (ACA) and Asset Strategy Management workshops for Instrumentation and Electrical assets.

The role requires strong stakeholder coordination, workshop facilitation, project tracking, and technical engagement with multidisciplinary teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:;

 

 

  • Facilitate ACA and Asset Strategy workshops with client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability teams.
  • Lead technical discussions, track actions, and manage project schedules.
  • Support reporting, presentations, and status updates.
  • Review and interpret P&IDs and related technical documentation.

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Instrumentation & Electrical engineering, reliability in Oil &Gas
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Mandatory and Non-Negotiable).
  • Strong project leadership and coordination skills.
  • Ability to facilitate technical discussions with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent planning, scheduling, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess schedules, prepare reports, and track project progress.
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs.
  • Experience in Asset Management, APM, Reliability, ACA, or Maintenance Strategy in CMMS/SAP programs preferred.
  • Industry Experience Preferred: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemicals, Power, or Manufacturing.
