Position Title: Senior Price Cost Analyst L3
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Job Summary
Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Senior Price Cost Analyst L3 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.
As a Senior Price Cost Analyst L3, you will assist the team in analyzing proposals and verifying labor, material, overhead, and profit reasonableness using certified cost or pricing data. You will also assess overall price, comparing it to prior prices, market rates, or published lists to ensure fairness.
Key responsibilities in support of Contract Officers include data reviews for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); use of parametric models, cost-estimating relationships, and historical data to project cost trends; risk identification, highlighting cost elements with highest risk and obtaining support data from contractors/agencies; and auditing and compliance analysis to ensure proposals meet FAR and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
Skills/Experience Required
Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
10+ years relevant DoD work with practical hands-on experience in contracts and subcontract
At least 4 years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment and worked in this environment within the last five years
May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
In-depth knowledge of Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS), FAR Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and CAS requirements and experience working with DCAA and DCMA
Strong cost accounting and financial analysis knowledge
Ability to build and validate cost models, pricing templates/methodologies, and estimating tools
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to develop regulation-compliant negotiation documentation and evaluate forward pricing rates, indirect rates structures, and labor structures
Attention to detail for audit and compliance work
Seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders, including senior Department of Defense officials and defense contractors, while effectively addressing multifaceted challenges and recommending strategic alternatives

Security Clearance
A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
