Senior Process Engineer – Chemical Manufacturing & Validation

Seeking an experienced Process Engineer with 7+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing and GMP-regulated environments. The ideal candidate will lead equipment and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), support technology transfer and process scale-up activities, conduct risk assessments (HAZOP/FMEA), investigate process deviations, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 7–10 years of chemical manufacturing experience
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation and cGMP compliance
• Knowledge of HAZOP, FMEA, CAPA, and process optimization
• Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills
