The Role • Design, develop, test, and commission industrial process automation systems. • Serve as a technical lead on assigned projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Support sales in driving automation upgrades and digital service product growth. • Develop detailed process functional descriptions and design automation software. • Commission instrumentation, electrical, and control systems at customer sites. • Manage and mentor automation and electrical engineers assigned to projects. What You'll Need • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. • Typically, 5+ years of experience in a similar automation engineering role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership abilities. • High level of organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
