Senior Process Automation Engineer | New Richmond, WI, United States | Hybrid

The Role

  • Design, develop, test, and commission industrial process automation systems.
  • Serve as a technical lead, collaborating with cross-functional teams on projects involving Food, Dairy, Beverage, Brewery, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Support sales efforts by providing technical assistance, cost estimations, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate with electrical designers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation and electrical systems.
  • Commission instrumentation, electrical, and control systems at customer sites, including I/O checkout and troubleshooting.
  • Manage automation and electrical engineers assigned to projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar automation engineering role.
  • Proficiency with Rockwell Automation hardware and software is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated commercial and business acumen, with the ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
