The Role

• Build and maintain rapport with customers through excellent phone and email service.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts, focusing on minimizing aging.
• Determine reasons for overdue payments and work towards resolution.
• Collaborate with a team to minimize aging and bad debt.
• Meet and maintain department goals in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience or bookkeeping is a plus.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
