Recruitment Account Manager Rugby

Salary: £32,404.62 per annum
Location: On-site, Rugby

Ideal Recruit is looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our growing team in Rugby.
This is a full-time, on-site based role. You will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring high-quality recruitment services are delivered consistently across our client base.

Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you'll be responsible for understanding client needs and ensuring a smooth, compliant recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Understand client expectations and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with management to align on recruitment needs and service requirements.
  • Source candidates using tools such as Logic Melon, CV databases, online platforms, and open days.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
  • Handle all associated recruitment administration to ensure timely placements.
  • Register new candidates and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are fully up to date.

About You:

  • Driven, motivated, and passionate about recruitment.
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and responsive.
  • Able to manage a high-volume workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced, expanding company.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment is essential.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
