The Role • Field-based sales focused on quoted repairs, replacements, and small commercial projects for HVAC/plumbing/electrical systems. • Engage directly with facility managers, maintenance supervisors, and ownership groups to identify system issues. • Recommend practical and cost-effective solutions to address customer needs. • Leverage deep trade knowledge to assess and propose appropriate system solutions. What You'll Need • A minimum of three years of field trade experience. • At least one year of sales experience in a similar field is preferred. • In-depth knowledge of industrial/commercial trades and strong client relations skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn company-specific software. • A Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
