CNC Programmer Aerospace | 5-Axis

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize 5-Axis CNC programs for complex aerospace components.

• Hands-on experience in 5-Axis simultaneous machining and CNC programming.

• Proficiency in NX CAM / CATIA V5 / Mastercam or equivalent.

• Generate, simulate, and validate NC/G-code programs using CAM/VERICUT.

• Strong knowledge of tool selection, cutting parameters, feeds & speeds, and machining strategies.

• Read and interpret 3D models, engineering drawings, and GD&T.

• Experience machining Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, and stainless steel.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize cycle time, tool life, and surface finish.

• Aerospace manufacturing experience with focus on quality, precision, and traceability.

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering.
