A Day in This Role

• Get hands-on training running CNC mills and lathes to make precision parts
• Follow blueprints and work instructions to complete each job correctly
• Use tools like calipers and micrometers to check your work against spec
• Keep your machine and work area clean and well-maintained
• Help with tool changes and basic machine adjustments
• Work safely and follow quality standards on every job

Who We\'re Looking For

• Anyone with a high school diploma or GED - required
• New to manufacturing? Great - entry-level applicants are genuinely welcome here
• Comfortable with numbers and detail-oriented work
• A background in factory work or hands-on mechanical tasks is a definite plus
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable transportation and a track record of showing up on time
