• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify opportunities and grow loyalty.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend tailored financial solutions, including everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business products.
• Advise clients on digital and self-serve options to simplify their banking experience.
• Support customer transaction needs and contribute to overall branch objectives.

• Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience along with a post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Familiarity with retail investments and lending products.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver a personal customer experience in a consultative sales or service role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
