The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify financial needs and opportunities.
• Provide advice and guidance on a range of financial solutions, including banking, investments, and lending.
• Assist customers with transactions and promote the ease of digital and self-serve banking options.
• Build new relationships within the community to grow the business.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a Branch and Market team.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
• A strong understanding of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Experience with retail investments and lending products.
• Proven ability in consultative customer service or sales, with a focus on delivering a personal experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence in using various digital tools and applications.
