The Role

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects to identify financial needs and opportunities.
• Advise customers on tailored financial solutions, including everyday banking, investments, lending, and small business products.
• Promote digital and self-serve banking options to enhance customer convenience.
• Support customer transaction needs and resolve inquiries.

What You'll Need

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, with a post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
