Business Systems Analyst
Location: Tampa, Florida (Hybrid)
Alternate Location: Dallas
Role Overview
This organization is seeking a professional Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The selected candidate will drive modernization initiatives and data integration efforts within the ecosystem. The responsibilities include reducing operational risk, accelerating delivery timelines, and enhancing stakeholder alignment across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for connectivity data and related systems.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and process flows for development teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Support testing and validation of delivered solutions, maintaining traceability between requirements and deliverables.
• Collaborate on application modernization and data integration/reporting initiatives.
• Contribute to operational transparency and compliance by enhancing reporting capabilities.
• Maintain and update documentation to ensure compliance with organization standards.
• Provide input on design decisions and recommend optimizations for proposed solutions.

Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field of study is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in business analysis within financial services or technology environments is required.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, proficiency in requirements management tools such as JIRA or Confluence, and familiarity with data integration concepts and reporting tools are required.
