Business System Analyst
Location: Foster City, CA (Hybrid Onsite)
Role Overview
An established organization is seeking a qualified Business System Analyst to lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Site Tracker application. This position involves collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to manage project, site, and asset management workflows. The selected professional will support application configuration, data setup, testing, user support, and basic integrations to ensure a seamless stabilization process.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Site Tracker application.
• Manage complex project, site, and asset management workflows.
• Assist with data setup, validation, and migration activities.
• Support integrations with Google Sheets, Jira, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into application configurations.
• Support User Acceptance Testing, documentation, user training, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve functional and integration issues.
• Independently lead system implementation initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Approximately 8 or more years of hands-on experience working with Site Tracker or a similar application to manage project, site, or asset management processes.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of application configuration, data management, functional support, and system integrations including APIs, REST, SOAP, and JSON. Proficiency with Google Sheets and Jira integration is required.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with site, asset, construction, facilities, or field-service applications.
• Prior exposure to enterprise application integrations such as SAP Ariba.
• Demonstrated experience leading data migration, User Acceptance Testing planning, and user training sessions.
