Associate Director, Patient Support & Access Solutions Strategy - US Marketing Immunology

Associate Director role leading patient access and enrollment strategy for immunology therapeutic programs. Responsible for designing streamlined patient journeys, defining program requirements, and partnering across functions to minimize barriers to therapy initiation and continuity of care.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end patient access and enrollment strategy across immunology support programs
Define strategic requirements for enrollment channels and consent/authorization workflows
Design patient and provider experiences across hub, pharmacy, nursing, and digital touchpoints
Lead brand strategy and go-to-market planning for Quick Start and Bridge programs
Partner with data and analytics teams to identify access barriers and measure program success
Requirements
7+ years pharmaceutical, biotechnology, patient support, or market access experience
Demonstrated experience developing strategy for complex patient support programs
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of patient enrollment, reimbursement support, and access pathways
Bachelor's degree; MBA, MPH, or PharmD preferred
Familiarity with agile working methodologies and digital health solutions
