The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a State-Certified Nurse (w/m/d).
• Alternatively, another completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
• Strong teamwork skills and a genuine desire to support residents' well-being.
