Director of Corporate Human Resources

SERVPRO is seeking a Director, Corporate HR to lead human resources strategy and operations for our nationwide construction and restoration franchise network. In this role, you will design and oversee talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits programs that support rapid, service-focused field operations. You will ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws, guide HR policies, and partner with leaders to strengthen a culture of integrity, safety, and teamwork. The Director will implement HRIS and analytics, drive leadership training and development, and support workforce planning to enable scalable growth across our corporate and franchise teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate HR strategy and programs to support SERVPRO's nationwide construction and restoration operations
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning across corporate and franchise teams
• Develop and manage performance management, compensation, and benefits programs
• Ensure compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws and internal HR policies
• Implement and optimize HRIS and HR analytics to inform workforce decisions
• Partner with senior leadership to foster a culture of safety, integrity, and service
• Design and deliver leadership, compliance, and employee development training
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and organizational changes
• Standardize HR best practices and support franchise owners with HR guidance
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to support scalable growth
