Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and technical positions. This role will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, posting and managing job advertisements, leveraging online databases and professional networks, identifying and qualifying candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting qualified talent to hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously while providing a high-touch, professional experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, helping define talent needs, navigate the recruiting process, and support compensation and talent development strategies. This position requires 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have substantial in-house recruiting experience supporting engineering and technology positions. Candidates should have a proven track record of delivering a positive candidate experience, working effectively with a wide range of hiring requests, and successfully managing the recruiting process from initial sourcing through offer and placement. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, ISIMs, and Microsoft Office is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter looking to transition from a traditional recruiter role into a more strategic Talent Advisor position. The role offers the opportunity to help shape and improve internal recruiting processes, build strong relationships with hiring leaders and candidates, and contribute to broader talent acquisition transformation initiatives. Success will be measured through key recruiting metrics, candidate and hiring manager feedback, time-to-fill, time-to-alignment, and overall quality of the hiring process.
