Workday Compensation Manager || Remote

Required Skills & Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

·         Proven track record of successfully leading HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

·         5 years leading and configuring Workday Core and Advanced Compensation required.

·         Experience supporting unionized populations and complex pay structures (e.g., step progression, CBAs).

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

·         Knowledge of HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, talent development, and compensation.

Preferred Qualifications

·         Prior HRIS management experience for a publicly traded organization with a large workforce preferred.

·         Workday Pro Certification desired.

·         Project Management certification a plus.
