About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP S4 HR & SuccessFactors Consultant to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP S/4 HR, SAP HCM US Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

 

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP S4 HR & SuccessFactors Consultant to support an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement.
• The role requires strong client-facing experience and full-time onsite presence at the client location (5 days a week).
• The consultant will be responsible for incident management, service requests, enhancements, and ongoing functional support of SAP S4 HR, US Payroll and SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a functional support consultant in an AMS environment
• Provide end-to-end support for: o Incidents o Service Requests o Minor Enhancements
• Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution
• Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities
• Prepare functional documentation and support handover activities
• Coordinate with technical teams where required

Required Skills:

• Strong Hands-on functional experience in:

• SAP HCM US Payroll
• Time Management

• Good understanding of payroll processing, time evaluation, and compliance HR SuccessFactors
• Hands-on functional experience in:

• Recruiting (RCM) o Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)
• Organizational Management / Personnel Administration (OM/PA)
