Human Resources Representative (Leadership Program Operations)

Overview
We’re hiring a Human Resources Representative to support Leadership & Organizational Capability programs by coordinating end-to-end program operations and delivery logistics. You’ll help ensure sessions run smoothly across both virtual and in-person formats by managing schedules, communications, participant administration, materials, and reporting.

Responsibilities
Coordinate program delivery logistics (session schedules, rooms, resources, facilitator readiness)
Manage participant administration (enrollment, confirmations, communications, tracking)
Prepare, organize, and distribute program materials
Support vendor coordination and related processes
Administer external learning platforms / e-learning access
Build and maintain operational reporting and data insights
Proactively resolve scheduling and operational issues and manage delivery risks
Partner with program owners, facilitators, vendors, facilities, and site teams
Qualifications (Preferred)
Experience in program coordination, training operations, HR operations, or learning administration
Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Clear professional communication skills
Comfortable working in systems/platforms and producing reports (Excel/Sheets, trackers, etc.)
Ability to work on-site in Boise, ID
