Job Title: Director of Human Resources Industry:
Investment Management Location (city, state): Dallas, TX
Assignment Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time (100% Onsite)
Pay: Base salary target midpoint of $150,000 (placement based on experience and upward potential) + quarterly bonus
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Seeking a versatile and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function as a true player-coach. Oversee full-lifecycle talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives. Drive learning and development strategies, including building leadership development programs and facilitating coaching. Manage compensation structures, payroll processes, and administrative HR duties alongside strategic oversight. Supervise and mentor internal HR personnel, including an HR Business Partner and an Administrative Assistant.

Bachelor’s degree required; 5 to 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a required background in smaller organizations or lean HR teams.
~ Hands-on operational mindset with strong documentation habits and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office (including Copilot).
