Chain Sales Merchandiser

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits seeks a Chain Sales Merchandiser to support key chain accounts in the wholesale wine and spirits channel. In this role, you will execute merchandising plans, stock shelves, build displays, rotate inventory, and place point of sale materials to maximize brand visibility and sales. You'll visit an assigned route of chain retailers, verify orders, report on shelf conditions, and partner with sales reps and store managers. The role requires frequent lifting, in store travel, adherence to company standards, and strong customer service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise wine and spirits products in assigned chain retail accounts to company and supplier standards.
• Build and maintain in store product displays and install point of sale materials to drive brand visibility.
• Stock, front, and rotate inventory, ensuring proper product placement and freshness.
• Verify deliveries and shelf sets against planograms; report discrepancies or out of stocks.
• Execute a scheduled route of chain stores, documenting visits and basic sales or merchandising data.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and store management to support promotions and sales initiatives.
• Maintain merchandising equipment, ensure safe work practices, and follow company compliance policies.
• Provide courteous, responsive customer service to retail partners while representing the company's brands.
