Job Description

Project Management - Transfert Agent New Business
Your Day to Day
  • Coordinate and direct end-to-end fund, sub-fund, and share class launches, as well as fund migrations into the Transfer Agency (TA) environment for new and existing clients.
  • Work closely and coordinate actions across multiple departments (TA, Fund Accounting, Custody, etc.).
  • Review legal fund documentation (prospectuses, articles of association, application forms, etc.) and actively assist clients with drafting.
  • Design tailored TA operational models to meet clients' new requirements and oversee the setup and configuration of funds on dedicated TA platforms.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of funds and complex fund events (restructures, name/cycle changes, liquidations) into production environments.
  • Act as the first point of reference for daily queries and train operational teams on new fund models.

Your Profile
  • Absolute mastery of the Luxembourg fund ecosystem and a wide range of investment vehicles across multiple domiciles (UCITS, ELTIFs, RAIF-SIF, PE/RE, etc.). Zero tolerance for general banking experience.
  • Solid experience in managing large-scale projects, structuring project workstreams, and interacting directly with senior management and steering committees.
  • Proven mastery of the Multifonds tool, fluent command of the German, knowledge of Retrocessions / Trailer Fees, as well as advanced technical/operational skills (system migrations, advanced Excel, testing phases, AML, Dealing, and Cash).
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven comfort in facing clients and external stakeholders directly.
  • Fluent and professional command of English and French.
