TA Business Analyst (mainstream funds, Multifonds TA)

TA Business Analyst – Fund Industry

Your Day-to-Day:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Transfer Agency activities and mainstream funds operations

• Act as the interface between business users, operations teams, and IT departments

• Support the analysis and implementation of Transfer Agency solutions and enhancements

• Work closely with stakeholders to improve operational processes and system functionalities

• Participate in projects related to onboarding, migrations, regulatory changes, and process optimization

• Perform gap analysis and contribute to functional specifications documentation

• Support testing activities including UAT preparation, execution, and defect follow-up

• Ensure proper follow-up of incidents, change requests, and production issues

• Collaborate with Fund Administration, TA Operations, IT, Compliance, and external providers

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Transfer Agency environment

• Support data analysis, reporting, and operational controls linked to TA activities

• Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards

Your Profile:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within the Fund Industry

• Good knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and mainstream funds

• Experience with Multifonds Transfer Agency is considered a strong asset

• Previous experience working as a Multifonds user or TA Business Analyst

• Understanding of the fund lifecycle, investor operations, subscriptions/redemptions, and KYC workflows

• Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, and testing activities

• Ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in fast-paced and international environments

• Fluent in English; French is considered an advantage
