  • Support the preparation and implementation of required documentation, operational procedures and system workflow updates.
  • Track project activities, action items, risks and deliverables using project management tools, particularly Microsoft Planner.

  • Anticipate operational challenges and propose practical solutions to ensure compliance with the new settlement framework.

Your Profile:

  • Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, monitor deadlines and ensure the delivery of key milestones.
  • Solid understanding of fund operations, including fund accounting, transfer agency and custody activities.
  • Knowledge of settlement processes, cash management and the operational implications of shortened settlement cycles.
  • Experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders, including investment managers, custodians and external service providers.
  • Ability to identify operational risks, manage dependencies and implement effective mitigation measures.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach to project delivery.
  • Experience with project management and tracking tools, particularly Microsoft Planner.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, essential for documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands and maintain oversight of complex operational projects.
  • A hands-on mindset, with a strong focus on execution, cost control, accountability and achieving project objectives.
  • Ability to work fully on-site and collaborate closely with project stakeholders throughout the implementation.
