Job Description
Your Day-to-Day:
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation activities related to Custody & Clearing operations
• Support client migrations, account openings, fund events, transfers, and operational changes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Gather business requirements and perform gap analysis related to custody and clearing processes
• Support settlement flows, asset transfers, cash movements, and custody transactions setup
• Coordinate operational documentation and onboarding requirements
• Work closely with Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Depositary, Clearing, and Securities Operations teams
• Support connectivity setup, testing activities, and operational readiness validation
• Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Participate in production readiness checks and post-implementation support
• Ensure smooth transition from implementation to operational support teams
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile:
• Strong experience in Custody, Clearing, Securities Operations, or Asset Servicing environments
• Experience in business implementation, onboarding, or operational support roles
• Good understanding of settlement processes, asset transfers, and securities lifecycle
• Experience working with Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, or Depositary teams is a strong asset
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience with testing, documentation, and operational readiness activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and French
