Lead Estimator

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience.
• Strong experience with commercial/industrial HVAC, piping, and plumbing.
• Experience leading estimates and/or mentoring estimators.
• Strong skills in quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, pricing, and subcontractor/vendor quotes.
• Experience with AutoBid preferred.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, addenda, and contract documents.
• Candidates must be able to work on-site in Springfield, MA.
