Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The ideal candidate will manage resources, stakeholders, vendors, risks, schedules, and project reporting from initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress.

• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to management.

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements and clarify project needs.

• Manage stakeholder and client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

• Create project documentation, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.

• PMP certification preferred/required.

• Proven experience managing projects from planning through delivery.

• Strong client-facing, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
