HR & Recruiting Specialist

Prairie Band Construction, part of Prairie Band, LLC, is seeking an HR & Recruiting Specialist to support full-cycle talent acquisition and HR operations within our Human Resources & Talent Management department. In this role, you will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support onboarding, maintain HR records, and assist with employee engagement initiatives. You'll partner with managers across construction and other business lines to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent.
