Recruiter

Pay Range: $35/hr - $37/hr

Must Haves:

• Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience (3+ years is historically the most successful).


• Strong Boolean search and complex keystring building skills (will be tested in the interview)


• Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools.


• Must include metrics - hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reach outs, type of tech roles etc


• High motivation, hard-working, quick learner, and genuinely excited about active sourcing/recruiting.


• Ability to work 100% onsite

Plusses:

• Prior experience recruiting for Data Center, infrastructure, or technical roles (e.g., Construction Managers, Commissioning Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Supply Chain, Deployment Technicians).
