Senior IT Recruiter

Join a dynamic talent acquisition team as a Senior IT Recruiter, where you will lead full-cycle recruiting for critical technology roles and help shape a thoughtful, high-quality hiring experience. This hybrid opportunity offers the chance to partner closely with business leaders, influence hiring strategy, and support recruiting efforts across a range of technical and non-technical positions as needed.
Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of IT positions, including software engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, analytics, and digital product roles
• Adjust recruiting support to cover non-IT positions when business needs require flexibility
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent in competitive markets
• Partner with hiring leaders to advise on talent strategy, labor market insights, interview practices, and selection decisions
• Develop strong working relationships with IT leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Support a fair, inclusive, and equitable hiring process that helps build diverse talent pipelines
• Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
• Use Workday ATS to track requisitions, candidates, and recruiting activity
• Stay informed on recruiting trends, technology hiring practices, and evolving talent market conditions
• Contribute to process improvements and recruiting initiatives that enhance efficiency and consistency

Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• At least 3 years of experience recruiting for IT or technical roles
• Experience hiring for senior and hard-to-fill technical positions across multiple geographies
• Ability to assess technical talent and support confident hiring decisions
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience using Workday Recruiting or another ATS

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting diversity recruiting efforts and inclusive hiring practices
• Familiarity with IT functions, engineering team structures, and modern technology organizations
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities
• Consultative approach with the confidence to coach hiring managers effectively
