Key Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of end-to-end Technical Recruiting experience
✅ Recent experience recruiting for Robotics positions (required)
✅ Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation experience
✅ Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR teams
✅ Expertise in recruiting across leadership, mid-level, and early-career technical roles
✅ Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
