The Role
This role is for a Benefits Analyst who supports the implementation and migration of Health & Welfare benefits programs for clients. The position focuses on analyzing business requirements, configuring benefit plans, coordinating implementations, supporting data conversion activities, conducting business and client acceptance testing, and ensuring solutions meet client needs. Candidates should have at least 3 years of Health & Welfare benefits experience, strong testing experience, familiarity with benefits administration systems, and the ability to document requirements, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with business and technology teams. Experience with client implementations or platform migrations, along with knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies, is preferred.


The ideal candidate has deep Health & Welfare domain expertise and hands-on experience supporting benefit implementations from planning through testing and deployment. They should be comfortable interpreting business requirements, executing Business and Client Acceptance Testing (BAT/CAT), validating data conversions, and working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with experience using JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and benefits administration platforms. Candidates with implementation consulting experience and knowledge of benefits regulations will be especially competitive.

Must Have:
In depth/extensive knowledge of Health and Welfare
At least three years of Business and Client Acceptance Testing specific to Health and Welfare
Comfortable with tools such as JIRA, confluence, and able to interpret requirements.
