Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst. The candidate will work as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Project Coordinator, gathering requirements, managing sprint activities, analyzing SQL queries, and collaborating with business and technical teams. Healthcare and Cloud experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
•    Gather and document business and technical requirements. 
•    Create SRS, use cases, functional specifications, and process documentation. 
•    Act as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and Project Coordinator. 
•    Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and project tracking. 
•    Analyze SQL queries and support data analysis. 
•    Perform impact analysis, QA support, and change management. 
•    Coordinate with business users, stakeholders, and development teams. 

Required Skills
•    Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering skills. 
•    Scrum Master and Agile methodology experience. 
•    Strong SQL and data analysis skills. 
•    Azure DevOps Server / TFS. 
•    Sprint Planning and Project Coordination. 
•    SRS, Use Cases, Functional Specifications, and Impact Analysis. 
•    QA Testing support. 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications
•    Cloud experience. 
•    Tableau and D3.js knowledge. 
•    Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables) and data analysis experience.
