Associate Director, Patient Support Program Strategy, US Oncology, Intismeran Marketing

Associate Director leading patient support program strategy for an mRNA-based oncology therapy launch. Responsible for designing and implementing hub services, enrollment processes, affordability solutions, and case management to support patient access and experience across a complex treatment ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Define and evolve patient support program strategy, service model, and capabilities including benefits investigation and case management
Design patient enrollment and multi-consent processes supporting program participation and treatment initiation
Establish hub business rules, workflows, service requirements, and escalation pathways aligned to therapy needs
Develop affordability strategy, copay program structures, and financial assistance solutions to reduce treatment barriers
Partner with vendors and internal teams to implement programs and establish performance metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare patient services and access
Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing patient support programs and hub services
Strong knowledge of hub models, payer dynamics, reimbursement, prior authorization, and patient enrollment
Expertise in affordability program design, copay structures, and financial assistance solutions
Experience developing enrollment, consent, and patient data strategies with PHI considerations
Strategic thinking with ability to translate strategy into operational execution
