Short tern contract - looking for a Communication and zoom coordinator. You will own end-to-end process of managing phone call escalation and launching zoom video conferencing tools slack and/or servicenow and outlook calendar.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Comfortable on the phone and confident in escalating or redirecting calls professionally

Proficient with Zoom and video conferencing tools

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Service Now, and Outlook Calendar
