Senior Technical Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)
Role Overview
This role serves as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end execution of projects across people, process, and technology. The Project Manager will lead project workgroup meetings, manage status communications to stakeholders, including senior business partners, and ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and with high quality. This position requires proactive planning to drive predictable project execution and the ability to escalate and resolve key project risks to meet objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for end-to-end project execution.
• Lead project work group meetings and manage regular status communications to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project deliverables are managed on time and with high quality.
• Own all project system of record updates and ensure team adherence to enterprise change standards.
• Keep the project team focused on delivering critical requirements and scope.
• Escalate and drive the resolution of key project risks to ensure projects meet their intended objectives.
• Apply proactive upfront planning to drive predictable project execution.
• Ensure all project objectives are successfully achieved with appropriate measurement and traceability.

Required Qualifications

• Experience driving end-to-end delivery across large and complex project efforts.
• Experience with Global Markets & Finance Technology systems or architectures.
• Approximately 6-12 years of experience in an IT organization/environment.
• Over 5 years of experience leading complex cross-functional IT initiatives in large-scale enterprise application architecture and implementation.
• Approximately 6-10 years of business analysis experience with a demonstrated ability to translate technical issues into business terms.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• A self-driven leader who actively works to remove barriers and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills to partner with and influence stakeholders.
• Execution-oriented with the ability to organize work and execute with speed.
• Ability to manage multiple threads of work and balance competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Communications, Business, Finance, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience with MRAs, Regulatory Rules/Regulations, or other regulatory-related change.
• Prior experience in CFO, Treasury, Markets, or Finance.
• A consultant-like mindset or prior consulting experience.
