Connected Worker Project Specialist

JD:

The Technical Project Specialist will support the build-out of OEE and Connected Worker content for the Kalamazoo site. This role focuses on translating shop-floor SME knowledge into usable, accurate digital content configuring the OEE/Connected Worker platform and creating training and enablement assets (e.g., SOPs, videos, AR/VR materials) and Power BI dashboards to drive adoption and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Become proficient in configuring content within the OEE/Connected Worker software (sitestructures, workflows, assets, forms, instructions, and related content objects).
Create and maintain enablement content, including training documents, SOPs, videos, AR/VR training aids, and Power BI dashboards aligned to operational needs.
Partner with site SMEs to capture “tribal knowledge,” validate accuracy, and ensure the right content is loaded, tested, and kept current.
Elicit and document requirements for digital shop-floor workflows and ensure alignment across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and TD.
Support pilot-area execution (where applicable) and feedback loops to improve usability, standardization, and adoption.
Apply GMP/data integrity awareness when developing and deploying digital content used in regulated operations.
 

Required Experience and Capabilities:

Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Teams/SharePoint a plus).
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, batch execution, and shop-floor workflows; ability to work effectively across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Digital/IT.
Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting requirements for manufacturing digital solutions.
Background and understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence preferred.
Familiarity with GMP expectations, electronic records/data integrity considerations, and validation/computerized system implementation practices.
Excellent workshop facilitation, customer focus, stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
