Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire DataHub Manager to lead enterprise data integration, data warehousing, and production support initiatives within the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire DataHub, InfoCenter, SSIS, and SQL Server, along with experience leading technical teams and delivering scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of Guidewire DataHub and InfoCenter platforms.

  • Manage end-to-end data integration, operational data stores (ODS), and data warehouse initiatives.

  • Develop and oversee SSIS-based ETL frameworks for reliable and scalable data movement.

  • Integrate data across Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and reporting platforms.

  • Establish data quality, reconciliation, validation, and governance processes.

  • Oversee production support, batch monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA compliance.

  • Review ETL designs, SQL code, data models, and technical architecture.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and application teams to deliver data solutions.

  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, risks, and stakeholder communications.

  • Mentor technical teams and drive continuous improvement in data engineering and operational processes.
