Our office is currently partnered with a leading manufacturing company in Quakertown, PA in their search for an Inside Sales Representative.

Inside Sales Representative Details

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30am-4pm

Pay Rate: $25/hr
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Quakertown, PA
Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Process Sales Orders in coordination with Key Account and Outside Sales Managers. Monitor the main Sales inbox and respond to customers within 1–2 business days. Review Sales Orders for inventory availability, pricing accuracy, and required updates (pricing, Incoterms, etc.). Confirm orders and delivery dates through customer portals and internal systems. Coordinate with Purchasing to verify delivery timelines and resolve material shortages.

Support quoting by identifying materials, costs, and lead times. Review open order reports and provide updated delivery information to clients. Work with Technical Sales to build product and service knowledge. Create, assign, and close Work Orders; work with BOMs as needed. Build rapport with clients and support company image. Organize electronic files in OneDrive per ISO requirements.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements

Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, order management, or a related field preferred. Comfortable working across departments and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
