Program Manager III

- Lead specific IT projects that span print platform and facility operations

- Silo teams - enforcing collaborative thinking and execute

- Tracking status, deliverables, etc

- Define/coordinate testing - input files, print cycle, facility operations (print job

mgmt., inventory mgmt., etc)

- Navigate ambiguity and force actions

- Strategic - engage with solutions and participate in the definition

- Dot connector - bring clarity through visuals so broad conversations can take place

- Execution - build timeline across silo teams and provide the timeline to the program

timeline to align on dependencies and critical path

- Tolerance for change - enforcing the teams to do things differently can be

exhausting
